About This Event
Our first poker night filled the room, so we are running it back! On Saturday, October 17, Defender Fundraising Group returns to The Chief Cigar Lounge in Decatur for a night of cards, cigars, and community. Every dollar raised goes directly to National Guard soldiers and their families.
The buy-in is a $50 donation, and re-buys are $40 with no limit until 8:30 PM. Cards are in the air at 6:30, so plan to be seated by 6:10 to be eligible to play. Prizes go to the top three finishers, and we will be drawing raffle prizes all night long. Seating is limited to 40 players. Last time we ran out of chairs before we ran out of people who wanted one, so if you are planning to come, claim your spot now.
All proceeds benefit Defender Fundraising Group, supporting National Guard soldiers and their families. Past efforts have included direct soldier support, Adopt a Soldier for the Military Ball, and other community fundraising events.
